Welcome to my Life. I'm starting this blog as more of a diary for my weight loss than anything else.
A little history...... Like so many others I have always had issues with my weight! I am one of those people that can not just "go on a diet" I gain weight too quickly when the "diet gets old" and I quit! I have to make this a lifestyle change.
I did lose 80 pounds 13 years ago but then a marriage and two kids later I am exactly where I started at 237.6 pounds! Yup.... that's my current weight.
Some info about me:
I have a twelve year old daughter that thinks shes twenty!
I have a nine year old son.
I have been married for 12 wonderful years!
We have 2 six year old boxers(my babies)
I love walking so that is a big part of my weight loss plan! I will also be tracking my food using Lose it mobile! I love the iPhone app, you just scan the bar code and it enters your food. NO searching!
OK that's all I can think of now, I'm sure more will come out as I blog my daily goals, achievements and even my fails!
