I am sooooo tired tonight! Why? Well I started my day with a 4 mile power walk. It took me an hour and 7 minutes. Not bad for day one, right?
Went grocery shopping got lots of fruits and veggies! According to my Lose It app I have only eaten 886 calories so I'll have to have a yummy snack with peanut butter later! I'm going to try to stay around 1500 calories and see how that works.
I also mowed the lawn today with a push mower. I forgot to put my heart rate monitor on but it took about an hour.
I'm pretty sore already so I cant wait to see how I feel in the morning. Hopefully not so sore that i cant do the 4 miles. We are also taking the kids to see some forts and stuff tomorrow so lots of walking!
Well thats it for day one.

Indroduction!
Welcome to my Life. I'm starting this blog as more of a diary for my weight loss than anything else.
A little history...... Like so many others I have always had issues with my weight! I am one of those people that can not just "go on a diet" I gain weight too quickly when the "diet gets old" and I quit! I have to make this a lifestyle change.
I did lose 80 pounds 13 years ago but then a marriage and two kids later I am exactly where I started at 237.6 pounds! Yup.... that's my current weight.
Some info about me:
I have a twelve year old daughter that thinks shes twenty!
I have a nine year old son.
I have been married for 12 wonderful years!
We have 2 six year old boxers(my babies)
I love walking so that is a big part of my weight loss plan! I will also be tracking my food using Lose it mobile! I love the iPhone app, you just scan the bar code and it enters your food. NO searching!
OK that's all I can think of now, I'm sure more will come out as I blog my daily goals, achievements and even my fails!
